Does this game have jumpscares?

Hello! I'm really interested in purchasing the game! I'm new to VR and I've always loved horror but I feel like if I rush into too extreme an experience I might freak out really badly lol
Looking for a more creepy, unnerving, suspenseful atmospheric kinda game so if you have recommendations as well I'm open.

This game doesn't rely on constant jump scares and uses atmosphere and mood to create tension and spookiness. That said, there may be a startling moment or two!

I'm not big on horror but I got this game on extreme sale on the Fanatical Undercover 2 bundle ($4 for 8 games). The type of horror is more psychological than zombies attacking but still I had to take a break a few times.
