Report a translation problem
I've just run the mission to the part where you actually start fighting the Pz IV D tank.
The intro movie where they narrator talks about the mission and fight for the Kerch Peninsula is still the same and works for me.
It then cuts to in game "movie" footage that you watch and that part also works for me. There seem to be some Soviet soldiers in the "movie" who have voice actors and some don't - you only get text messages to read. I can't remember this being the case before.
Maybe some voice lines were added to the mission and your update has lost them?

I verified files, it failed, then I reinstalled the whole game. Still failed. x.x

I have uninstalled and reinstalled
I have no mods running
I have deleted the old folder in "My Games"
I have reset steam cloud saves through the instruction
I'm still getting different errors trying to play. =( The error strikes right after the intro video
