The store-page only mentions story-mode. Is that the only mode?

like, when i place lots of houses in a line i believe that it forms a block, but when i place a market garden right next to it nothing happens, how does blocks and cards that score blocks works?

I'm somewhere in the campaign and it says I can build a deck before start. Yet I can't buy houses or any other card that collects, when I remove cards I somehow get random cards in my deck. Is this bugged or just totally counter intuitive?

Is it worth $1? And can you turn off depth of field blur? From the screenshots it looks mobile-y, but then the dev (who seems good and active) says it was built for PC first, so that's promising. Seems to have a surprising amount of depth from one 20 minute video I watched....
