"Notice: At the request of the publisher, Borderlands 3: Moxxi's Heist of the Handsome Jackpot is unlisted on the Steam store and will not appear in search."
You can find them if you click through the ultimate edition first, but they won't appear in searches.
But yeah, it absolutely sucks you can't buy anything you'd prefer individually.
Thanks, looks like it possible to buy a specific DLC seperate when going through the Ultimate Edition.
Wait till the ultimate edition is on sales. It usually goes on sale for just about the price of 2 DLCs.
Agree to Season Pass 1, the campaigns was totally fine. Problem is I was missing one DLC from the Season Pass 2. I've no hope it's going to be so fun, it's just for the achivements and don't want to give Gearbox more money than necessary since I'm not really fond how the handled Borderlands 3.
Bought that on sale myself. Got everything for BL3 for about $23 USD total.
I suppose ... I didn't bother to install them, and don't really have any intention of doing so. Can't really stand the Tales "game" format.
I either want to watch a movie, or play a game, this weird hybrid thing that's half way in between just doesn't work for me as a medium for telling stories. Too MUCH player interaction for me to just relax and watch it as a movie, too LITTLE for me to feel like I'm actually playing a game.
Mostly, I just wanted a cheap copy of BL3 with all the bits. And, it delivered.
As for the too much of a movie but too little of a game I think using a controller is best as you can sit back but always be ready because they do keep it active a lot of the time either with quick time events and choices or mass effect style dialogue trees. Tbh the first time I played it I was expecting a glorified point and click adventure and while it has those moments of walk around and interact with stuff but there is a surprising about of Borderlands action in it and the characters and story were surprisingly compelling. It is also an important narrative bridge between BL2 and BL3 finishing off Hyperion and Handsome Jack in addition to what happens to Scooter and introducing Rhys and Vaughn although playing it may make you realize how they character assassinated both of them. :\
It is about 10 hours long and since you've already got it I'd say give it a chance but if you're "vibing" with it after the first episode then no loss.
Wolf Among Us is good too but I'm going keep my expectations very low for the new one because of New Tales.
