what dlcs do I need to get all of them, or can I get the, with the base game?

Ultimate Vault Hunter (100%) applies only to base game. DLC's achievements are optional.
If you want all possible achievements, you must buy Ultimate Edition.

Fyi for 100% achievements, some are bugged and do not normally unlock in game.

People say they're all fixed now.

Like literally impossible to unlock, or just unlock by luck?

In my case, I was able to get all Achievements unlocked legitimately and early on. I don't know why exactly it was all ok for me, but it IS possible to get them all. Of course as mentioned, some require a second player as you need to duel and sell gear.

I did transfer my save with 100% completion rate from Epic to Steam, and upon starting a game in Steam, a whole bunch of achievements unlocked right then and there. Maybe that process helped me unlock those which otherwise are very buggy.

I had a problem with one Achievement which is buying stuff with Eridium from Crazy Earl. Because I bought them all in Epic, this one didn't unlock in Steam as part of importing my save. But what I did was backup my saves, deleted them and removed Steam save syncing. Then I started a brand new profile and game. I started farming for some Eridium, and turned them into purchases with Earl. This unlocked that Achievement for me since the information is backed into the Profile save file rather than character save file.
I then got rid of those saves, re-enabled cloud saves and put my old saves back just to be sure, and I was back to my original 100% completed characters.

The recent fixes are what have helped unlock Achievements for those people where it is definitely bugged. Keep opening tickets with GBX to let them know which ones still don't work.

I can confirm that achievements have now been fixed. I recently reset all my achievement progress with SAM (steam achievement manager). I then started a new profile and managed to unlock ALL achievements.

That is news to me then, Last I heard was that some achievements like the bounty of blood ones still didn't get fix after the first achievements fix but I get there was a second at some point recently, that's good but almost a year too late imo.
