Drop rate really bad

Can't speak for parties, I'm a solo player.

Dev's you went about it all wrong.. Before the drop rate was insane but it was 99% junk, now the drop rate is horrible and it's still junk.. I'm fine with a low drop rate but give me decent gear for the effort.. I've spent a good 12 hours farming DLC, Slaughters, and boss like Graveward and Joey and not a single decent drop.. My best weapon at level 72 is a 57 Rowans Call and I only have that because I put one in storage long ago, so excluding that the best drop I've had is a Needle.. Yes a Needle.. Maybe it's time to delete 90% of the junk weapons and give users a fair rate for effort. I'm willing to farm for hours, but damn give me something for it.

You also went way overboard with Boss HP.. I want to farm a Trial for a relic, but holly hell it takes me forever to kill the boss.. It's not a challenge it's just dumb. Moving around in a pattern over an over isn't a challenge. And I'm not an expert player, the patterns are very generic, so you've turn trial bosses into raid bosses and the only effect is solo players run out of ammo or just get sick of it and die on purpose because they have a life.

Stop making changes based on a few YouTubers and people willing to spend months and months farming gear. They are only a few, a tiny few, of your user base.. The rest of us would like to gear up and enjoy some god like performance without spending the next year of our life pissing off our wives:)


Love you, mean it, I even enjoyed the new DLC.. But I won't keep playing with a 1% reward to effort rate.

are you playing in coopetition or cooperative? it makes a difference on the drop rate

Networking was set to friends only, it allowed co-op.. PC doesn't have a gear wheel, we have a network option for invite only, friends, or open.. I'm set to friends which is co-op

I've gotten at least 10 legendary drops in the past 2 hours on just mayhem 1 so if you're not getting any then you're either not playing mayhem mode or you just have bad luck. And Boss drops were not affected by the drop rate reduction that only affected mayhem mode world drops.

So what you're trying to say is that world drops have always been trash and your upset that now your getting less of a chance of getting useful trash? Just go farm specific bosses if you're level 72 then run through arms race at mayhem 10 to get a plasma coil and then use that to farm what ever boss drops the weapon you want. If you have a level 72 moze then you can just hop into iron bear for mayhem 10 farming.

I think farming bosses for specific drops are bugged when events are turned on. I farmed Beef Plissken 10 times on m11 level 72 for Free Radical. Nothing dropped. I then turned off events, and got 2 Free Radicals in my next 3 runs. Haven't tried it on other bosses yet.

It has nothing to do with drop rate but if you're in cooperation mode then it enables the lost loot machine which will catch drops that you may have missed.
