In Cooperation Group Mode, you're not level locked when it comes to multiplayer. You can play with anyone of any level at any time. However, take note that matches are locked to the level of the player who is hosting.
In Coopetition, loot is shared between all players in the same match. They are free to see what kind of loot has dropped and also free to pick whichever they want. Therefore, coordination & communication is key.
Coopetition mode doesn’t balance the playing field, so lower level players will have to contend with tougher enemies.
Dude it’s simple….Cooperative mode is by far the best way to play and probably the best of any game I’ve seen to date. It was one of the best upgrades from 2
Cooperation enabled the lost loot machine and individual loot for each player at their level.
The other just wastes tons of time, causes arguments and leaves you open to ninja looting. Even with your friends someone is always going to start acting the fool and loot everything in sight for a laugh when they are getting bored or tired... wasting more time.
Your friends can still give you stuff in cooperative if they find something they know you are looking for.
