Is this worth it?

I don't mean the price, the price isn't what concerns me. I mean the time. After games like panzer corps and order of battle pacific I'm just not sure what if anything it can offer me. Thoughts anyone?

Paying for a game, but being denied full access, is a common but aggravating approach to game design. The video implies you get 1 scenario to start... What is the value of this strategy? If I want to jump to a more advanced situation - and get my clock cleaned by the AI - that should be my option. ...
