just buy this game wont start im a noob in computer competence plz help me im a bit confused

I don't mean the price, the price isn't what concerns me. I mean the time. After games like panzer corps and order of battle pacific I'm just not sure what if anything it can offer me. Thoughts anyone?

I know there are a series of these on Mac, is the rest of the series coming to PC as well. Great little games.
