as you can see, they're full price, so you may as well just get the digital deluxe edition
https://store.steampowered.com/app/395230/HELLDIVERS__Ranger_Pack/
one of them has humblebee UAV drone, which makes sample collecting not suck (it marks them on the map)

the other has all-terrain boots, which makes difficult terrain planets (like snow planets) not suck
The game suffers from a form of powercreep, where content added later is much more effective at dealing with threats added later. But instead of treating these additions as a new way to play the game, a large part of the playerbase instead considers them the default. This is especially apparent with new players who pick up the DLC as part of the package and "miss out" on the unaltered base game. DLC builds win more with less effort, so people learn to rely on them without being able to really appreciate all the "bad" weapons for what they can do. If you're up for it, next time you play a 13+ cyborg pick the scythe and slowly burn through helpless warlords as you run counterclockwise circles around them. Or force yourself into a situation where you need to save primary/support ammo against the waves of approaching shadows on 13+ bugs and fall in love with the powerhouse that is a burst fire base pistol. Or cosplay as old war infantry with the resupply pack and constitution and bayonet charge a hulk. With the repetitive nature of the game how much fun you can extract from it is correlated with how many BS builds you can make work.
For the OP - yes, get all of them. All of them are cool and give variety for loadouts. And they give cool capes!
