Ok, I'll speculate. Ironside -- as in General Ironside, right up to and during the naval warfare and invasion of Norwy, the war w/ Russia/Finland and navy mining the waters around Norway. So I think it will be Northern Europe and/or Naval upgrades adding such abilities as mining waters, naval blockades and submarine warfare.

I just don't understand why the region of Voivodina in Serbia was edited. It was perfectly and historically fine, but now it's no longer. Not to mention it looks ugly to look at. Great Diary, nevertheless.

@Blumps, good idea, but it's Ironclad not Ironside. He was a hero though.

This might tie into the plan to have overall long-term strategies for countries, but there needs to be a system similar to the Missions system from EU4. This would be especially useful during the post-WWII time period to generate events and provide a direction for the AI to do something well after the National Focus Tree is completed.
