This error appears every time i try to open hoi4 form paradox launcher on steam

I tried everything

1.I run the game and the launcher as administrator

2.I unistall and reinstall the game multiple times

3.I verify the integrity of the game files

4.I reinstall visual c+++,NET framework and direct x

5.The game is protected and supported by my antivirus and windows defenter

6.I unistall and reinstall paradox launcher

7.I saw many solutions on youtube

8. I even tried to fix the error following the steps of a video that explains how to fix the error 0xc00007b



BUT NOTHING WORKS!!!!!
PLS If someone know how to fix this error leave a comment

Change renderer in launcher from Directx11 to Directx9. If that won't help, update your GPU driver.

I have Directx 12 and i also update my GPU driver and still not work

I tried everything just like you, my error log is empty, direct x lowering doesn't help
