Game crashing(HELP)

My game keep crashing after i updated my drivers. I unistalled the game, restart my pc, unsuscribe all mods, maked a clean installation of nvidia drivers. I delete both folders, the /documents/paradox/HeartsOfIron4
/steamapps/common/HeartsOfIron4
then reinstalled it and didnt work.
For last i have to say that the game works with opengl, but no with DirectX
the message error is this:

Run win update again and update your GPU driver too.
Other than that - enter <where ever you installed Steam>\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist
and try to reinstall visual c++; it's might be case of missing .dll file.

this error is windows killing the program because it's trying to access an invalid memory adress.

this is the kind of thing a virus would do to try and inject code into another program's memory space and that's why your OS doesn't allow it.

you can't fix this yourself without turning off your system security wich will make you vulnerable to worms and virusses, so don't do that.

rather, refund the game because it's clearly broken, tough you're to late for that now, so money gone, you got ripped off. welcome to paradox, buy the new DLC!
