Ironman Mode autosaving every week?

As the title states, my ironman game has been saving weekly.
I have no mods or DLC enabled.

I am unable to fix this in options, setting it to never, monthly, etc, doesn't change the problem. I have also seen that instead of the normal load and save being non-available, loading was suddenly available, and when checking it I was able to load an autosave a week prior. Loading also doesn't remove achievements.

Completely closing the game and reloading the save hasn't worked. The constant saving has gotten annoying.

Verify game files.

But I'm pretty sure that, settings for autosave in ironman are unchangeable.
Those setting in game files, are for autosave in non-ironman games.

I verified the game files and the issue persists, i haven't checked if this is happening with other saves so It may be a glitch for just this save.

I think its just that saves glitch, I haven't had it since so maybe restart your game or just start a new save.
