Installator error 2503 & 2502

When I try to install the paradox launcher, I get errors 2503 and 2502. I don't know how to fix it.

Uninstall launcher according to first post link, download their launcher from site:
https://www.paradoxinteractive.com/our-games/launcher
Install it from this installer.

Also check if your anti-vir and firewall aren't blocking launcher and hoi iv files.
