Paradox Launcher Error Code: 3221225595

Hi! I'm in trouble with this error when I click Play button on the Paradox Launcher;

''An error occurred!
The game appears to have crashed or terminated unexpectedly (exit code 3221225595). The issue may be solved by verifying the integrity of your game files and deactivating any mods. If you are using Windows, you may also need to install Visual C++ Redistributable and .NET Framework.''


The ways that I tried to solve;
1- My game is original from steam.
2- I've deleted and reinstalled directX, virtual c+++ and .netframework again and again.
3- I've deleted paradox launcher and reinstalled it didnt worked.
4- I checked the game documents on Steam, all documents are okey.
5- I deleted and installed the game from Steam library as a whole, it didnt change anything.
6- I tried to change compatibility troubleshooter of hoi4.exe but it didnt help me.

Isn't there any way to playing HOI4? Your help will make me happy, if you can help or if you know the solution ways.

Thanks for your attention but your link is about not opening the launcher. My problem is launcher opens but game does not open.

Try launching the game without the launcher. If it launches without ANY issues, then the problem is the Launcher itself and not the game. Because from looking around the only time that particular code appears is when it's the Launcher having problems.

Ive just tried to opening game by steam library, i clicked open without launcher directly and then it was written 'stop the game' and 'open it' on the steam library hoi4 page in the same second. I think that problem isnt launcher problem, it causes from the game or anything else

Same problems here... I tried to reinstall the launcher, but it doens't solve this error. If you were able to solve the problem could you tell me how?

I bought originally from the Steam. Actually, there wasnt any error about neither launcher nor game before. When I changed from HDD to SSD my laptop, the errors began

Hey man, I looked for this windows error "error 0xc00007b" and I fixed it and the game opened. There are some videos on YouTube teaching how to fix it, maybe it will fix yours too
