DLC not showing in paradox launcher

Yesterday i bought "Death or dishonor" and it worked fine. I decided to play a multiplayer game with my brother. I disabled the dlc and now i cant enable it back (it just wont show i tried restarting steam, deleting dlc_signature and clean reinstall but it just wont work). Can someone help me please?

Disable and re-enable it in your Library. Scroll down and Click "Manage DLC". For future reference, you can still play MP with the DLC enabled, even if the other player does not have the DLC.

disable it in what library? also i dont see any "Manage DLC"

Your Steam Library under Hearts of Iron IV. If you have the game selected in your Steam Library, scroll down a little and on the right it'll say "Manage My DLC" (or something similar). Click on that and a window will appear with ALL of your current DLC. Uncheck the box for Death or Dishonor (if it isn't already) and let the game update for a moment, then recheck it and let the game update again. This should fix it. IF the checkbox is already unchecked then recheck it and let the game update.
If none of this works, then clean the game from the Steam folders (DO NOT UNINSTALL), then uninstall the game and re-install. <---- Only do this if you the other way doesn't help you.
