Hi, I just bought the HOI4 hoping to play some Fallout strategy but it looks that might be impossible. Despite having the mod installed and selected the Vanilla game opens. I read some forums, last threads are already at least few months old, I understand there is some mismatch between Game/Launcher and Mod version. I tried the older Beta Launcher and also changing manually the "supported version" in the .mod file. In the best case I could see a new loading screen but it was crashing with error saying it can't load the map...which I read is typically also related to uncompatibile versions. In the end - is there any solution or any update coming that would make this mod simply work without wasting e.g. 20h of life on trying to make it work?

2 possible reasons:

1- you downloaded the outdated version of the mod and not the current one, read carefully what you download. The current OWB version was just released a few days ago.

2- your game is broken due to a bad PC software configuration.
