HOI4 MOUSEOVER NOT WORKING
i really need help with this mouse over just does not work and dialog boxes do not appear. Anytime i hover over units or political advisers the box that should appear does not. i have attached a video showing my problem. any help would greatly appreciated. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWzU46KxQjI

Have you tried setting the display mode to borderless fullscreen?

it is already on borderless fullscreen

ATTENTION I HAVE FOUND THE SOLUTION. you have to go to the Documents folder, then to Paradox Interactive, then to Hoi4 folder, click on settings.txt. Ctrl+F tooltips. switch draw_tooltips from "no" to "yes".
