Loading problem with Kaiserreich: Failed to load map.

Every time I try to load Kaiserreich the game will load about 2/5 of the mod and then give me an error message that says "Failed to load map." Could I have some help with loading this mod? All other mods function properly and have always loaded correctly, never giving me this error. It seems like only Kaiserreich is giving me this error. Apologies for posting this in the HOI4 discussion page. I was unable to find any sort of Kaiserreich discussion as I think they disabled comments and discussions on their mod page.

If it helps, I've tried multiple different versions of the game and nothing seems to work. In fact, only 1.9 and above even gave me the error. The others just kinda crashed in the loading screen.

Update: Purchased all of the DLC recently, (Other than Bosporus) and decided to try Kaiserreich out again just to see if maybe it would work now that the game had updated itself. Strangely, the problem still continues, with the exact same error message and exact same time to load before crashing.

It's been over a month since I've had this problem. It still occurs every time I try and load Kaiserreich. Does anyone have a solution to this issue yet?

Tried reinstalling Kaiserreich yet again. Still the exact same error.

Tried once more to launch it, this time I verified all my steam files as well as refreshed and backed up my mods in the launcher. Still the exact same error and issue, still not fixed.

Do you run other mods besides Kaiserreich? Did you try to delete the folder where the settings and savegames are?

Hey, thanks for responding! I don't run any other mods besides Kaiserreich when I try to load it. I haven't tried deleting any folders or files yet for HOI4 as I'm not too savvy when it comes to files and stuff of that nature so I'm afraid I might delete something important on accident. Anyway, I'm unable to check my exact system specs as I don't have them written down anywhere. I use a Digital Storm Lynx Level 1 as my gaming PC and have all of the default specs for it other than an upgrade to my ram I did recently in order to now give myself 12 gigs instead of 8. Sadly, I can't check the system specs on their official website for the level 1 Lynx as the Lynx is sold out on their website which means I can't access the purchase page for it where it display all of the level 1 specs. I'll do some more digging to see what I can find for my system specs and see if I find anything. Thanks again for responding!

The game with no mod works fine, along with all other mods except Kaiserreich.

hmmm i would then recommend trying to delete the HOI4 folder in the paradox folder in your documents.

Other than that it is really hard to imagine a reason for it not working.
You have all DLC or just the vanilla game?
