MSVCR and MSVCP missing???????? Please help.

Alright. So I've had this problem for a while now, and I cant find out exactly what it is. When I would go to launch Hoi4, I would be in the Steam tab under my library, and right next to the Hoi4 name it would say, running, syncing and then it would stop. The game will not load, and it will not even get past the syncing. I went back into the properties and ran a compatibility scan, and it had said that the msvcr100.dll and msvcp100.dll files were missing. So I tried getting some off of a .dll site, but found that was a bad idea. So I copied the ones from the System32 area under the Windows tab in the C drive area, still doesnt work. But now, it does not say that those files were missing, but has some error that looks like this.

0x0000007b, (give or take a few zeros).

Now it wont start because of that. As I had said, I had copied .dll files I had already had into the Hoi4 folder and it still wont work. Any help would be appreciated at this point.

IIRC both are part of Microsoft Visual C++ so grab that and install it to see if it fixes your issues.
