Windowed Mode not working
I can't get the game to launch in windowed mode (doing so makes the game stop responding), and changing resolution ingame doesn't let me change it to 1440x900, which is what I want to change it to. Is there any way to fix this?

That resolution is a very odd resolution. I dont believe the game will be able to run it too well probably a glitch the developers have forgotton or never found. You should send them a ticket on the paradox fourms

You could try to change the resolution by editing the settings.txt file in Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV.
