Flag bug/glitch
Can anyone help me out? I've noticed lately that the flags for the minor country's with their own focus tree in the main menu where you choose the countries for the scenario are all in black. Then while in game, when you click on a province, where the flags should be that tells you who owns that province and if anyone has a claim on it does not show as well. Another spot where this is going on is in the trade window where all the small flags for the nations that you can trade with are either not showing up or some other weird looking flag is there.

Keep in mind I have not installed any mods and I'm running TFV DLC and the DoD DLC.

And before anyone replies about the other thread, I have found it, but I have no idea how to downgrade my driver to 17.1.1. I've already sent AMD a message informing them of this problem, but has anyone else figured out what the problem is and/or fixed it? I've already reinstalled the game and it's still doing it.

I can't speak from personal experience, but I found this:

Go into device manager, display adapter, your adapter, properties, driver and roll back to previous. This will only roll back the driver and not the radeon software

That did it. Thanks lukas. Any idea what is going on or if anyone has thought of a fix?

No, I don't really know what's going on there. According to AndrewT from Paradox it's not a problem with HoI4, but the AMD drivers. Another user from Paradoxplaza informed AMD about the problem, so hopefully it will be fixed soon.
