decision.nochecks cheat problem

I play millenial dawn and millenial dawn Turkey mod. For some decisions i used:

decision.nochecks cheat. Before update it only affected only me. But after the update when ı use it, it works for ai too and hundreds of decisions appear on my screen by other countries and also almost all countries unite under Union of europe. Is there anything which this cheat can effect only me?
