Example to Rush, as Germany.
Start by building two Air Research Facilities. Second one isn't strictly necessary but you might as well.
Swap to Free Trade.
Rush Expanding Lufftwaffe -> Aeronautical Research Institute -> Uralbomber Program.
You start researching Basic Large Airframe immediately. Once the 2nd Focus completes you swap to another random research, then swap back to bomber research.
So you get Basic Airframe very early.
You also want to use one of the other research slots to get Electronic Mechanical Engineering then Mechanical Computing for faster research, and another slot on Radio because that produces breakthroughs for Air research.
You can also do the focuses Rocketry Innovations, Reorganize the Luftwaffe, Solve Logistical Bottlenecks and the other Aerodynamic Research Institute (why they named two different focuses the same thing is beyond me) for things like Radar. Though this will delay your industry & other focuses by another half year.
With the bonuses available you should get Improved Large Airframe by mid 1938. If you start the Mothership Aircraft experimental project it should take another ~500 days.
Giving you the tech by the start of 1940. You get more bonuses to air so you might as well rush Advanced Large and have that by 1943.
