Unable to get Kaiserin Victoria anymore if you don't get the Götterdämmerung DLC?

I did all the necessary steps in the new game version (Hindenburg doesn't crash, get Wilhelm III immediately, the 2 succession law decisions, accept naval domination, ally with the brits) and the decision for the british titles doesn't show up. Do I really need to buy the DLC now because they added new requirements for the decision!?

Mhh from my knowledge the Hindenburg only crash if you don't use the decission with the safer air politics

I'm also really curious about this. I've tried searching the internet, but I can't find any information on what new steps need to be taken to activate her, or if she's even still available at all after the new expansion.

As there is new achievement related to her I dare to guess that she is still in the game btu at same time the DLC may be indeed necessary.

She is still in the game you have to do get your opinion up with the UK, also you no longer join the Allies

So you didn't do the focus that get's you in the allies and just improved relations to 100 with the brits?

Don't have the dlc and tried it three times now. I don't get the english titles option too. I played german HRE a few times before. Any confirmations about this?

I'm not 100% sure how to interpret this but it does kinda say you need "Ally with the Shade" and "Anglo Germanic Defense Pact" wich is a DLC focus I think. I'm not sure tho.

I bought the DLC and did pretty much what you said hrd and it works.

I would understand that the last or statement is Anglo Germanic Defense Pact or Ally with the shades and the succession laws and british dominance.

To me it does not seem like you need a specific order (as is often said in other threads) but just all the events and focuses. So my guess is that the non DLC focus is bugged.

Not being able to get the Kaiserin without the DLC is not intended and has already been bug reported. Now as to whether the bug will ever be fixed, we'll have to wait and see. Probably 7 dlc's down the road - if they get round to it.

Thanks man don't see the focus is the final focus in mitteleuropa, before is only a decision you take with victoria now is a focus.

Yes but now hre is a focus before were only a decision you take if you have the kaiserin.
