Anyone else have a problem taking the decision to finish the Autarky as germany?
Ive taken all of europe and it says missing core states still?

Yeah, just encountered the same problem after forming the Greater German Reich. The focus was already being 'researched' but got canceled after forming the state. Hope they fix it.

Are you missing the one state from Denmark? I got stuck with that and then just took take all of jutland to get it.
