Can someone explain me how to get this?
I´m still learning the new stuff atm.

If I can get this by change the leader (focus tree) I only see men.
How can I get a woman?

Taurenor on YouTube has a video on how to change leaders as brown Germany.
Basically, you need 2 of your demands to fail. Demands like Rainland, Anshlus, Sudetenland, Memel, Fate of Czechoslovakia.
You either have to play on non-historical, or make some of the demands fail by being at war with the allies or the targeted country while you demand it. After that, wait a few months and you'll get a civil war to change leaders.

Alternative to the other answer, you can also have a women in Power via the Kaiser path, avoid the Hindenburg disaster, get Kaiser Wilhelm III in power and modernize the succession law, you will have to make sure to send Victoria to England ahead of the British title restoration and make it so that Victoria becomes Kaiserin. While this will take more time than Germany, I think it's a valid strategy to get the achievement.

I sugegst go Kaiserin route, it is much easier than fight civil and regular war at same time for Eva.

Civil War is RNG.
There is a low chance that you don´t get a cw.

For Eva? Ye, but if you go this route during the conspriacy its 10% vs 90%, beside you also need trigger all events for it firtst (enjoying how Czech division just stare outside border, etc)) and it take significant time to reach it so it not worthy rely on it at all - bigger chance you will get countless hours of trying for nothing. So if you wnat Eva it is much betetr go wiuth guranteed cw anyway without RNG - it is jsut bit more challenging.

On other hand win early germany cw is quite easy and realiable if you are not new to the game and than get Kaiserin is straightforward.
