How do you get "breakthrough points" ??

I built a "naval engineering facility", but I cannot launch any project as all projects require "breakthrough points" ?? How am i supposed to get those points ?

Put some scientist in there and wait. It is like waiting mio-points or xp. You get it little by little and by making normal tech tree stuff.

Also build more of the same type of facility so that you can research better stuff

You increase progress into getting more points by researching any respective techs, otherwise your scientists will work to generate more when idle.

All the special project commands are prefixed sp_ , so type that in console and press tab
