Report a translation problem
You cant use mods that modify the same file unless you go in manually and combine the changes.
Example:
You use a construction mod to give all locations 50 build slots.
You try adding a construction mod that makes railroads and such build 90% faster.
You can't combine those two because they both changed out the same files.

since you need to add each mod,it would never be universally,but it's what we have
no that, feature mods that should not conflict but do, like mods that just add simpler decisions
