Military Factories Bugged
Currently, everytime I start a nation, either the base factories are the only ones that produce any production stat, and/or by 1937 they all stop working and I cannot produce anything. Which makes the game difficult to play. Idk if I explained that well but idk what to do. I tried verifying files, uninstalling and reinstalling, I never had this issue before. Everything else works fine.

@johnknott Yes, I don't assign more than what I have, and most of time can't even assign that because they lose all production randomly around 1937ish.

Even if you only assign what you have they can go grey for a variety of reasons (and it helpfully doesn't give you the reason).

Same prob, very frustrating.
Production Efficiency Growth drop to 0.000/day for no reason circa 1937. Every new line you start doesn't progress.
I try to reinstall RT56 nothing change. Try only with rt56 in the playset nothing change. Only happens with this mod
maybe try replicating the bug without RT56?
Can do, and like I said i thought I fixed it because I JUST did a germany run without issues but ye

It's not an IG problem, everything is green (supply, stability etc etc) it's really a bug

I'm having this exact problem as well, I thought I was going crazy. Only the factories that are producing things at the start of the game continue to produce things, and everything new gets 0% production efficiency for literally no reason. I checked everything and there's no reason for it to be 0%. It even says in the tooltip when I hover over the red bar displaying a zero efficiency production line that the efficiency should be 70% (playing USA, so its low because I'm still in the depression, etc).

Just to test it, I canceled all the original production lines, the only working ones, and even when starting from scratch with nothing in the works I can't make a single thing. No infantry equipment, no trucks, nothing. It's definitely a bug with Road to 56, cause I'm running that too, for the first time, and I never had this problem until now.

We ought to make a bug report to the Road to 56 people - they seem pretty well organized, I'm sure they'll look into it. Especially if theres a few people saying the same thing. It's a shame, because it seems like a great mod. :/

I just went on their discord, and was told that if you are playing as USA and selecting 'total equality' as your stance on women, its bugged, but should be fixed in their next update. Were you treating women as equals to men? Hmmmmm? For shame! On both of us! Time to put them back in the kitchen, without shoes! Until the next update anyway.

Total equality lowers your base production efficiency by -10% or similar. This for some reason breaks all your mills so they can't increase their production efficiency and it stays at 0%, you can see that it says daily gain 0.000%. Naturally there is no other explanation for this other than that the mod developers are sending the message that women belong in the factories and kitchens.

This happens to more countries than the USA, most likely all of them.

Problem solve with their last update

The production efficiency growth calculation includes dividing by the current production efficiency. If a mod makes a change so the production efficiency base is 0% not surprised the calculation fails.
Interesting
