German Empire Claims on Belgian Congo

I have to say with Gotterdammerung DLC has made the German Focus Tree a lot better than the last one. I like all of the new focuses, they are very interesting and I want to try to play them all. My only issue is through the German Empire focus concerning on Mittelafrika expansion. This focus is the last one to colonial expansion called Our Place in the Sun. There is one detail I believe is misplaced and should be placed correctly in Expanding African Claims focus tree as Belgian Congo territories are perfect for this particular spot.
