Sollution fur Mutiny Glitch

I saw several fora with this incident- where mutinies continue to appear even though you are at 100% stability and 100% War readyness. It keeps cycling killing both Stability but even worse- huge debuffs. How to solve - pls be aware - not ingame

open the Settings file in the game folder and find "save as binary"- change to no (in a Notepad editor) - save file
Open the game, open your glitched savegame. Then save it - it will now save as an editable file. Close the game
Find your save game, open it with Notepad. Do a search on Mutiny - you will find 3 references for the soviet union (in my case) - delete the section (the entire code with Mutiny). Save the file.

Open your game and voila - Mutiny and triggers are gone.

You can do this for more items - though that will take away the fun of the game imho. I just saw no real answer anywhere to this glitch- though it is mentioned through the years
