I wanna form the pan-slavic union as tsarist russia but the second russian civil war takes too long and when it takes too long, countries rise up and then I have to either deal with it or weed them out one by one, running the risk of joining ww2 at a bad time. Is there any simple tips or tricks to finish the war fast?

The cheese strat I heard was to make all your units 2 width line AA before the civil war fires.

The AI won’t convert units, but you can.

With this, no civil war should be an issue.

But: Why AA? Because you don't have enough equipment?

So you have to win with your converted divisions before the AI train new divisions.

All I really do is snake westward with the state decision things, try to get past the urals for start of war, convert the entire army to light tank divs before the civilwar breaks out and then when you are White Russia convert back to normal infantry and then just walk past your enemy. (Make sure your divisions that spawn in the west snake towards important cities and hold them down/just cause chaos to cap them earlier or trigger desertion events.)

As previously said the cheese strategy for civil wars is to delete the whole army before the war, delete all templates except a single AA template and delete all AA in the stockpile.

This way the AI won't be able to deploy any troops in the beginning of the civil war and if they do it will be single AA divisions that will melt away like Ice in the Summer when you attack them.

Now you just have to use cheap Cavalry divisions to rush for the victory points and the civil war should be over in just a few weeks.
