How tf do i do second europe war Fire Rises?

I'm playing as the USSR and this ♥♥♥♥ is impossible, I have 120 division all solely in East Poland behind level 5 forts and they're easily pushing through me. The mod is retarded with manpower so I've recruited all the men that I possibly can without running out, I don't understand how the ♥♥♥♥ I'm supposed to hold let alone win when the enemy is this overpowered despite my equipment being up to date.

what are your divisions? late game tfr is pretty much just tank spam
if you have good tank divs you should be able to mop the floor with the iron front

Just did a fascist France playthrough, built my army identically to how I built it as the USSR, singlehandedly took Leningrad and Moscow and took 40k casualties to their 500k before killing them in less than a year. Then I left the faction, and easy swept Germany in months. Fascist nations are just incredibly OP compared to USSR, the buffs I got were just stupid.
