R56 Anschluss being refused
I can't figure out why Anschluss keeps being refused. I have 2m troops in the field vs Austria's 60k, I have 144 division It's Oct 1937. What am i missing?

They are probably being guaranteed by another nation. If you set the game AI to random, there are i think 8 other options for them that are anti germany, and one pro germany option.
