The new Patch 1.15 is still not available to me. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything, from mods to the game itself, and still nothing. I contacted support, but no one gave me a concrete answer. Can someone tell me how I can solve this issue? Thank you in advance.

The only way to not have the most up-to-date version is to manually choose a different version, I don't know how you managed to do this and forget about it.

RMB on game in library > properties > beta > change it to "none".
