Imagine, France doesn't have the core of Brittany, and the United Kingdom doesn't have the cores of Scotland and Northern Ireland. But Austria, Switzerland, any other European country can easily take these cores just by a click. It makes sense? It's just a few lines of code. Why doesn't Paradox do this? Baltic states is similar to Tibet in that regards, it's just they indepedence and lose of it was in different timeframe, it's just not make sense that USSR have cores on it, and China cannot get cores on Tibet.

The situation in Tibet is different from that of the Baltic Sea region. We have had sovereignty over Tibet since at least the Yuan Dynasty, and this remains the case today. This is a matter of territorial sovereignty, and there should be no question about it.

If Paradox could do as you said, I might think the same way. But you know what? It's been a full six years since the last East Asia DLC, and Paradox hasn't taken any action. I used to be naive too, but this situation is just not right, isn't it? I hope you can seriously think about this.
