Fascist nations can take the decision Abandon the Naval Treaties for 25 Political PowerPP, all others for 150 Political PowerPP during the second London naval treaty underway mission, thus lifting the treaty's limitations for the withdrawing country. After April 30th 1936, 20% World Tension must be reached before the decision to withdraw becomes vailable again. After a country withdraws from the LNT, a 365 days mission timer starts that changes the London naval treaty spirit for all remaining signatories to the Escalator Clause Invoked spirit. I also was able to do this before World tension of 20% I did it at 1%
Are you running mods? Did you start a civil war to depose Mussolini?
I'll try it more slowly so that you might keep up.
There is no decision regarding the League of Nations in the entire game. Not a focus, not a national spirit, not a click button, not even a description.
The only times the League of Nations is brought up is a newspaper event when the first war is declared and in the description of the 2nd Italo-Ethiopian War mechanic.
Nobody gets to withdraw from the League of Nations because that's not a thing.
A different thing is the Naval Treaties tab, representing both the Washington Naval Treaty and the London Naval Conference.
This you can abandon just as you can cheat on the Treaty to build bigger ships.
And after a country withdraws from this Treaty others get slightly modified value for the national spirit.
Neither of the two has any impact on the Ethiopian War, no matter what you do.
What has happened here in all likelihood is that you misclicked.
Minute 6:09 to see the decision tab https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UqNLVLRvwYU&t=254s
You have the option to Abandon the Naval Treaties.
And the option to Withdraw from Ethiopia.
Only one of those would cause you to end the war and it's not the one about the Naval Treaty,
So again, read what you're about to click and you'll avoid this sort of problems in the future.
You need to win within a three months timeframe, with a couple of days to spare.
I have already linked Bittersteel's guide if you prefer the video tutorial.
In the North, there is a Mud modifier for the first 2 weeks or so of the game. Try attacking in the South instead. (the desert is also easier terrain)
Using the existing forces, you can attack through the desert and capture the city "Dire Dawa" this tile has a Supply Hub; build railroad as your men attack and connect this Supply Hub with your port in Mogadishu
Should take less than 4 weeks. Kingdom of Aussa will offer itself and your fronts will be connected. Now you have a Supply Hub right in the center of Ethiopia with very few casualties (~100)
The rest of your divisions from Italy will arrive and the Mud in the North will be dry. Use all your planes like others have said, and you will destroy them with ease

Correct. Both North and South.
Forces on the Mainland can be sent to Africa immediately when the game starts. It will take them about 4-5 weeks to arrive. You should be able to occupy "Dire Dawa" Supply Hub before they arrive
Look at the war in 2 phases:
Phase 1: Secure Supply Hub using the forces already there.
Phase 2: Fight and destroy Ethiopia using your entire army when it gets there
