Report a translation problem
Because some of those games has not get updates for some time... So there is no change in the game itself. Try some memtest first... best would be to have some other pair of memory, but it is hard to get a one just for the testing purpose...
PSU can also affect, but it most likely would cause problems in other things also. Memory chip only affect if you actually use that part of memory.
If it only would be HOI4, the new patch in theory could cause problems in some computers... But this is only country pack so even that would be rare. But when it is several games...
Corrupted hard drive/ssd?
Have you checked file integrity? Those are the main two that I can suggest...
PC only 2 months old (or so).
I have update graphics drivers.
I have updated Windows.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled.
I have verified installation via Steam.
I have started via the exe file and not Steam.
Nothing has worked thus far.
Pretty frustrating, because these are my favorite games when they work.
