你知道钢铁雄心4里的西藏政权，也就是中国解放前的西藏是一个封建奴隶制度社会吗？女性甚至不能说话，因为她们一出生就得被割掉舌头，因为当地封建统治者想要没说过脏话的女孩来进行活人献祭。

一、社会制度：封建农奴制的压迫
阶级结构

社会主要由三大领主（贵族、寺院上层僧侣、地方官员）统治，占总人口的约5%，却掌控绝大部分土地和资源。

农奴和奴隶占总人口的95%以上，无人身自由，依附于领主，可被买卖、抵押或惩罚。

人身依附关系

农奴需向领主缴纳地租、服无偿劳役（“乌拉差役”），承担繁重的赋税和高利贷。

寺院和贵族通过高利贷（年利率常达20%-50%）加剧贫困，债务世代延续。

三、政治与宗教：政教合一的统治
权力结构

达赖喇嘛和噶厦政府（地方政府）掌握政教大权，寺院上层深度参与政治决策。

法律维护领主特权，司法严酷，体罚（如挖眼、断肢）常见。

宗教影响

藏传佛教渗透社会各领域，寺院拥有大量土地和农奴，部分教规被用于强化统治。

普通民众将贫困归因于“前世业力”，宗教成为维持社会稳定的工具。

四、文化与教育：垄断与封闭
教育垄断

教育几乎由寺院垄断，内容以宗教经典为主，世俗教育匮乏。

平民文盲率超过95%，知识传播受限，社会思想封闭。

医疗条件

缺乏现代医疗，疾病多依赖宗教仪式或传统草药，人均寿命仅约35岁。

五、和平解放与历史转折
1951年，中央人民政府与西藏地方政府签订《十七条协议》，西藏实现和平解放。1959年后，民主改革彻底废除农奴制，废除领主特权，分配土地给农奴，建立现代教育、医疗体系，西藏进入社会主义发展阶段。

总结
解放前的西藏是政教合一的封建农奴社会，广大农奴遭受深重压迫。和平解放及后续改革终结了旧制度，推动了社会进步与人权保障。这一历史进程被中国政府视为西藏迈向现代文明的关键转折。

I don't think most people are arguing that Tibet wasn't the greatest places or that China should not have Tibet as "a core", a lot of the rhetoric coming from the Chinese community right now is very arrogant and annoying - Paradox is very well known to not update things unless it's a rework, this is not a DLC for China, it is for the Middle East and India. When China gets a DLC in maybe a year or two from now, I'm sure both the ROC and the PROC will be able to get a core on Tibet since that is the most logical thing to do

In a hot supplement (not even a content update), Paradox added a resolution for the Khanate of Siberia to create a core in northeastern China. Oh I agree, this would take like 2 minutes to fix in terms of coding, but the HOI4 team is probably one of the laziest group of developers in the world, maybe even lazier than Mojang (Minecraft developers), I know culturally it's very sensitive. Keep in mind the latest DLC was made by an external contractor group as well which I believe are community modders as well who honestly should be fired and never heard from again
