Why when i declare war on Einheitspakt playing as Shukshin Russia in TNO: 2WRW submod Germany automatically annexes me?

Why? Just why? I have theories it is fault of the too big army (545 divisions) or other submods (Toolpakt, TNO radio, TNO Custom country path)

That has happened to me anytime I play someone in the Far East. The enemy automatically annexes me even tough they can't push my divisions
