(SOLVED) Crusader Kings 2, how to exactly achieve?

I've spent hours on a playthrough, these were my steps:

1. Go towards communism
2. Prepare a huge navy feelt and army (That took me those hours)
3. Wait
4. Go through the anti colonial focus
4. Be able to declare war on the colonialist european countries (UK, Belgium and Portugal)
5. Make those three capitulate

But the real thing is, what to EXACTLY do? Cuz at the peace conference, i told them to release tthose African countries, but neither they go into my faction nor i get the achivement

Maybe i should release them as puppets?

you have to release the whole of africa through decisions

For CK2 you only need to control the affected states for an event to fire which releases them as your puppet. You do not need to annex anyone.
Also, you need to control London

It's been years since I did the achievement, back then you slowly advanced through Africa beating back the british while they were getting pummeled by the Axis, then asked for military access from Germany and invaded the british isles.

Just saw that on a video, but what does exacly pop up those decisions windows? I just tried again and nothing

there is a focus that gives u the decisions but i forgot the focus name

Anti-colonialist crusades and the other ones, i know, i saw them, but i didn't still got them. What? I must wait for something to happen upon completing those three national focus or i just gotta act?

I am gonna try this:

I'll get the focus, declare war on all three countries (Yeah i know, sound crazy, but do belioeve me, i already understand this game a lot), conquer all those African -European controlled countris and wait if something happens, will that give me the decisions? After that, just go to conquer London

Battle the European powers ONE BY ONE, annex everything after defeating, i think i got it

For the CK2 achievement you HAVE to go down the communist path to unlock access to the decisions to release nations as puppets. From my experience, just going through Africa won't work. Puppets are pretty strong and you do start to steamroll, but you're going to war with both the Allies and Axis and, even though I managed to conquer the majority of Africa by 1946, and released them, the game grinds to a halt by that stage so I gave up on bothering to invade London.

I'm pretty sure the best way to do it is to focus subs early and naval invade Portugal as you are forced into a war with them anyway. This'll give you a drastically better industry early on and will give you a staging post to invade Ireland(maybe), then Britain. I would probably try and finish off Britain ASAP through Portugal before declaring war on Axis Africa if it's possible, as it would makes you stronger, faster. Honestly, like with most achievements in Hoi4, it's less can you do them, and more can you do them before the game grinds to a halt because late game is terribly optimized.

I am starting to understand everything except for one thing:

Upon conquering Portugal (And this also goes for Belgim and the UK), i must ANNEX or PUPPET (Or SATELLITE) the African controlled country?

OK so...

You don't have to finish off a country. You will attack Portugal and take all of their African states, then, without having to naval invade Portugal, a decision will be made available allowing you to liberate the land as its own country PROVIDED you have gone communist and did the focus "Anti-Colonialist Crusade".

After pressing the button, you have to wait around a hundred days before the country will appear. An event will appear giving you the option to make them independent or your puppet, obviously make them your puppet.

This will NOT stop your war with Portugal however. You are still free to naval invade them and safely annex them. However, make sure you do the decision and liberate their African lands first before you finish them off.

EDIT: This means to win the game you don't have to finish off any of your wars. All you need to do is occupy London and the African continent.

Nevermind guys, figured it out exactly:

What you actually need to do, optionally conquering the European colonizers or not, is to go to the political decisions window and... PROFIT! It tells you that upon activating it, it will take 6 months. As i already conquered Portugal and Belgium, i am now on the way of defeating the UK and get to liberate those countries. I didn't had ot wait for the decision window to pop up, i just had to find it on the political decisions window
