Italy broken, needs bug fix

I have Hoi4 and only WtT, DoD, TfV.
With the latest update a new focus tree appears, which is a truncated version of the full tree in BA.
truncated with tons of errors.

First I wanted to spoil the Ethiopian countryside and see the new focus tree. I fail the mission and a pop-up asks me for 2 options "Strugle in Ethiopia" and "Ethiopian Fiasco"
I tried the last one and the focus was not in the focus tree !!! Now both "Struggle in Ethiopia" and "Solid Progress" have failed and the whole branch is blocked for good.

Ok then reload and select "Struggle", nothing changes; no path to challenge Mussolini
Ok, I go the old way, I select the Democratic Minister and when the PPI gets high enough I go for the referendum
Now Musolini and Fascit are gone, all my ministers are gone and there is no way to get or unblock any
Because there is no focus tree to unlock them!

Also I still have the power struggle between Mussolini and the Fascist Council despite the nation being a democratic republic !!!

This way most of the ministers and advisors are not selectable so I end up with half the slot empty and the whole game starts acting very, very strange while I was stuck in a limbo where the game no longer understands which party is leading the country, both in terms of missions and foreign relations.

I would say there is a lot to fix. I'm also okay with not enabling all the options in the tree, but the ones that are there must still allow consistent gameplay,
