1. Post screenshots when asking for advice.
2. Mouse over and look at every tooltip. Are there yellow exclamation marks showing against some divisions in the army display? Are there orange or red fuel can signs on the divisions? Either of these could indicate supply problems.
Either way, I figured out how to make them attack in the end, just had to abandon the war plans and just direct the divisions ad-hoc and that worked. Thanks!
Side note, if you ever have something selected and right click somewhere causing EVERYthing to beeline for it, you can easily pause the game and click the red circle with a line through it in the top right of the selected divisions window. This will halt those units and then they will reset to their generals wishes a moment later. Its okay, we've all been there!
probably just a bug with the mod in that case
It could be that the mod messes up the odds calculation of the AI.
Even if micro-managing attacks (which is quite normal) you can still keep the battle plan around (inactive) so as to get planning bonus.
