Advice for Millennium Dawn

I just came back to the mod after years of not playing it and I like the new things they've added. Playing Italy still is a pain the ass with the switching of parties and stuff. Any advice for that please? Also any idea on how to fix its economy.

Jokes aside, MD is a really janky mod trying to do loads of things that HOI4 was simply not meant to do but Hammurabae has a solid series of guides for "modern" MD.

Before trying MD I would recommend you have a thorough understanding of the base game because it's far more complicated.

There's loads of outdated content about MD which is not true anymore and shouldn't be followed.
