Air mission efficiency 10%
Air power projection factor 10%
Air superiority 5%
Air power projection will increase the 'points' your planes contribute to air superiority to scale a percentage across all your planes.
Air supremacy is just a flat value to air supremacy, instead of giving more from each plane that is present.
Air superiority is a multiplier to the enemy air superiority effect on divisions. If you get air superiority over 50%, for each point you get a 0.7% penalty to enemy defense or breakthrough, capped at 35% with 100% superiority. This multiplies that potential 35%.
Not exactly sure where efficiency comes into play, as a further scaling modifier on the total malus or on the race to get superiority over 50. IIRC it's the latter.
I believe efficiency is a stat that reduces maluses ie. Bad Weather gives maluses and efficiency compensates these, so it's not as important as other stats that give benefits in all weathers.
