Set your supply hubs all to motorised or heavily motorised and you should solve most of your issues since you're probably using horses instead, otherwise the supply system is really good. It's rare you need to micro railroads or anything, only micro you should need to do is when pushing with your divisions in order to target enemy supply hubs/ cut railways and to prevent the enemy doing the same to you.
If you want it gone that bad just roll back your game version.
Bruh just stop being so narrowminded, start thinking a bit and stop storming Africa with 100 divisions(hint: not even 50). Just sent there 10 ~40w elite exp cavalry with upgraded logistics company and conquer entire Africa, without having any issue with supply. At worst u Will have to build a 1 lvl of infrastructure here and There and set to supply lines motorised.
Easy as it gets.
The worst supply situation I've been in in Africa was after getting naval invaded behind my lines and being forced to establish a new port while my undersupplied units held the line, which was a rather interesting dynamic to play through.
its not like a big part of the update was to prevent people from just nae-naeing countries in 2 seconds, and you now need to stop for a bit in order for you supply chain to catch up...like you know, how it happened irl
honestly bro, this update has been nothing but wehraboos complaining that they cant just move throughout the map with inpunity anymore
