+15% factories in the state
+10 Resources
+15% Construction Speed
Also creates bombs just as the other reactors
I think it also gives you 50 political power and +5% party support when built?
Well this one in California was kinda useless because I did not get a bonus building slot because all 25 were already there. However with those bonuses I can foresee them being extremely useful just for the bonus slots and resources.
Another things to keep in mind the reactors cannot be built in a state that already has a special structure. Meaning I could not build a reactor in New Mexico where I had built the physics lab.
Weirdly they dont count towards to producing nukes. Which is weird. I think its bugged.
Unless the enriched uranium is only counted towards thermonuclear bombs? Which I had not researched yet.
i think the normal reactors count towards both. The UI suggests the normal reactors count towards termo nukes and normal. So i dont think the civvie reactor should be different. Its very weird. I think its a bug that the civilian reactor doesnt count towards nuke production. even though it mentions it does.
