How much is the new DLC on its own?

I'm interested in the new DLC, but don't want to pay $40 for it and a bunch of cosmetic stuff I'll never care about or see. I don't see a purchase option for just buying it on its own. Does anyone know much the DLC is by itself?

around 25 bucks properly cos all last dlcs where around 20 bucks 40 would be too much

I wonder if the previous DLCs will go on sale with the launch of Gotterdammerung or they will try to keep the sales rare so they sell more of their "subscription" pass

Im pretty sure paradox dlcs dont go on sale for the first year. They have a table ,they follow with their sales which is why they're very formulaic.
